To book, simply complete and submit the Booking form located on your chosen Character’s page and then continue to payment (see How to Pay)

The Deposit or Full Amount. There are 3 options:

  1. PayID to 63638072769 from your internet banking.
    How to PayID:  with your bank – log into your Bank Account > Select Pay > Select Add > Select Pay New Other PayID > Select ABN PayID  > Insert 63638072769
  2. Internet Banking with a minimum of 2 business days before delivery date. Pay via your internet banking or at a branch of Westpac.
    Ask for bank account details or they will be sent to you.
  3. PayPal after submitting the booking form, a confirmation page will appear. Continue to a secure check out with PayPal using your credit card.

Once payment is made please SMS/Email a copy of the internet banking receipt or bank stub if going into a branch.

After confirming availability of your date, time and location by phoning 0415836877

  1. The full balance of the total must be paid 5 working days before the delivery date.
  2. A minimum deposit of $250 is required within 48 hours of submitting a booking form if the delivery date is more than 5 working days away.  The remaining balance is to be paid 5 working days before the delivery date.
  3. Late/Last minute bookings made less than 5 working days before the delivery must be paid in full to confirm the booking.

  4. Cash on Delivery to the performer of the remaining balance once the deposit has been paid and cleared.

To secure your booking, the full total of the service fee must be paid at the time you book.  This can be up 28 days before the delivery date.

Santa Hire and Sweep-a-Gram can secure a booking with a deposit of 50% or $250 respectively when the booking is made in advance of 1 month.

A Tentative Booking is a booking that can been placed in good faith in lieu of Full payment or the Deposit being received within 24 hours of sending your booking through.
Important: If payment is not received or contact has not been made to our office your position may be booked by someone else.

Base prices for the Singing Telegram is located on each of the character pages under “Book Now”

Performers and Characters charge different base prices.

You can self cost and calculate the base price by:

  1. Select the drop down box of “Packages” and pick a package
  2. Select additional Gifts if you want them
  3. Select Original Poem option of Yes or Now
  4. Extra charges are for travel, tolls, extra time, custom service etc – so you can’t complete this
  5. Time arrival – Select your time span or leave if you are happy with the 2 hour window arrival
  6. TOTAL: SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM and there will be a Summary – TOTAL COST OF SERVICE $

Yes, pretty well much everyday of the year.
Fees will vary for Public Holidays and Peak seasons.

Deliveries can be booked for any day of the week throughout the year, pending availability. Additional fees will be applicable for public holiday deliveries.
They can deliver your Singing Telegram between the hours of 9am to 10pm. Outside these hours upon request.

Short Notice Bookings
Bookings made with short notice is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Bookings with less than 24 hours notice will incur an additional priority fee of $50.

Emails and booking forms are sent to emails. They are checked regularly but if you send an email at say 10 and want it for 11 or 12 this may be possible but sometimes unrealistic as obviously there is travel time and booking set up.

Your Singing Telegramer can do deliveries between the hours of 9am to 10pm. Outside these hours are upon request.

Yes we do work on public holidays and these days incur loading fees according to the relevant public holiday.

The Entertainers can arrive at anytime during your selected delivery arrival time span.

It is the time period that the performer can arrive to do the delivery. The arrival schedules you can choose from are as follows:

  • 2 hour arrival span – free
  • 1 hour arrival span – $25 extra (ie 8 to 9pm, 8.30 to 9.30 pm ect.)
  • 1/2 hr arrival span – $35 extra (8-15 to 8.45 ect.)
  • Arrive on the spot time is $50

Yes we can, for a small handling fee.  Just let us know what the gift/item is first, as some items may not be suitable for some costumed characters to hold.

Times will vary. There are a few factors involved.  This depends on the package selected, the venue, the event type, the number of people and so forth.

Most times, Singing Telegrams are a surprise to the recipient. We are usually invited to events as a special guest appearance.  Statistically, based on research, peoples attention span when a surprise entertainer arrives is between 10-15 minutes.  Depending on the character and package some go less and others more.

Some events such as corporate, meets and greets or roving entertainers will be there by the hour as requested

Yes we can! Let us know by calling to discuss your ideas. This can be for personal or business customers. Depending of the extent or type of request, this may just be included in the standard price or an additional fee could be quoted

In the event you need to cancel a booking, a cancellation up to 48 hours prior to delivery, all the monies will be refunded minus $150.
A $100 will be a credit to you that will be able to put towards another delivery you book within 12 months.
$50 is booking and admin fees including blocking the time a performer was locked in.
If your delivery included an Original Poem we will email the poem to you if the poet had already drafted it up and  you will not be eligible to use the $100 as a credit.
If less than 48 hours notification of a cancellation is given, a 50% refund will be issued within 14 days
* Cancellation fees cover admin costs, stock & blocking of that time for the period your booking was booked and was unavailable to others.
